Here my story about my experience using the hotel as an accommodation when I was doing a trip in Semarang. It was the second time I went to Semarang. I went there with my family by plane. I travelled by plane to get there faster and made it easier than by car because at that moment I went to Semarang for doing a trip and also to attend my cousin's wedding. From home, my family and I took the online transportation to the airport, and when we arrived, we rented a car to get around Semarang. An accommodation that we used on this trip was a hotel. The hotel was an establishment that provides travellers with paid accommodation and other guest services. Depending on size, location, and amenities, hotels are generally rated from one-star to five stars, but letter grading (from “A” to “F”) and other rating schemes are also used to categorize hotels across the world. We rented a room and stayed at Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang for three days. Still, on the same day, my family and I continued the journey. We went to the hotel because it was almost dark.

Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang was strategically located in downtown Simpang Lima. This hotel was located in the city centre, a 20-minute drive from Achmad Yani International Airport. It offered a swimming pool, 3 dining options and free parking. Premiere Santika Semarang was a 5-minute drive from Ciputra Shopping Mall and a 15-minute drive from Tawang Train station. The modern rooms at the hotel had large windows that feature views of the city. Each room was fitted with a cable TV and minibar. A bathtub and hot shower facilities were available in the private bathrooms. Recreational facilities at Semarang Premiere Santika include a fitness centre and a sauna. The hotel provides laundry and dry cleaning services upon request. Travel and sightseeing arrangements could be made at the tour desk. Café Delima serves a spread of international dishes, while Asian food was available at the Mayang Sari Restaurant. For light snacks and beverages, guests cold visit the Amarta.

The amenities and services in Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang such as; Wi-Fi in designated areas, Airport Shuttle Service and Airport pickup service. Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang also provided breakfast. While my family and I stayed there, we did not have to worry about breakfast. We only need to go to the first floor to the hotel restaurant, because every morning the food has been prepared for breakfast. I felt comfortable in my three days stayed at Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang. The facilities were complete and, the room was clean. It was late at night, my family and I rested because tomorrow morning we had prepared to attend the wedding. The second day passed quickly and, it was a great day. The next day we got ready to check out of the hotel and spent our time by exploring the city of Semarang. We visited several tourist attractions, bought souvenirs and Semarang cuisine. Time flew so fast it was late afternoon, we immediately headed to the airport and returned home.
